What you get
Prediction markets price the same event at different numbers on different venues, each carrying a vig. PolyEdge strips the vig, blends the venues in log-odds space (anchored on the sharpest de-vigged sportsbook line when one exists), and returns a single fair value with a 90% band derived from how much the venues actually disagree. It never predicts a winner — it prices the probability, and publishes its accuracy on a public ledger.
Endpoints
Base URL https://polyedge.vercel.app. Authenticate with Authorization: Bearer <key> (or X-API-Key). Every response is JSON with a stable api_version.
Give a market identifier — a Kalshi ticker or a Polymarket slug — and get the cross-venue consensus fair value + band.
The full read for any market title: consensus, band, per-venue provenance, and the sharp-book de-vig. Pass the source venue + its YES price.
No key needed. Lists endpoints, tiers, and confirms the API is live.
Rate limits are returned on every response as X-RateLimit-Limit / -Remaining / -Tier. Errors are JSON with an error code (missing_api_key, invalid_api_key, rate_limited, market_not_found).

The one rule
PolyEdge is a referee, not a player. The engine grades the price — it never sells a pick, and it is never licensed to a prediction-market venue. Selling "you're overpriced, bet elsewhere" to the house it points away from would break the neutrality that makes the number trustworthy. The API is for neutral third parties: traders, bots, researchers, and tools that want an honest fair value.
Prediction markets are risky. Nothing here is financial advice. Fair value is a cross-venue, de-vigged consensus — not a prediction of the outcome.
