Privacy policy
PolyEdge grades the price of a prediction-market bet. The extension is a thin client: it reads which market you're looking at and asks the PolyEdge API for an honest read. It's built to know as little about you as possible.
What we collect about you
Nothing that identifies you. No account, no sign-in, no email, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising networks, no fingerprinting, no cross-site profile.
What leaves your device
Only the public market identifier you're viewing — a Kalshi ticker or a Polymarket slug — and that market's public title, sent to polyedge.vercel.app so we can return the read. These identify a public market, not you. We don't attach them to you and don't keep a history of what you looked at.
What's stored on your device
A single preference — whether you collapsed the panel — in your browser's localStorage. Nothing else.
What we never do
- Sell or rent data. Ever.
- Share data with third parties or advertisers.
- Track you across sites or build a profile.
- Read page content other than the market identifier in the URL.
- Show you a pick, a "buy" button, or tell you who will win.
Permissions, and why
- kalshi.com / polymarket.com — to detect which market you're on and draw the panel there.
- polyedge.vercel.app — to fetch the honest read from our API.
No other sites are accessed, and no data is sent anywhere else.
